Mechanical protection for young plants against damage caused by the large brown weevil. Simply open the protective collar and place it around the base of the plant. Close it by applying by light pressure then push the collar circa 1 cm into the earth, so that weevils cannot get under it. The smooth surface and the protruding collar form an insurmountable barrier for weevils. Polypropylene (PP) collars should remain on the plant for 3 - 4 years and can then be reused. Price per 250 pieces. Colour translucent white.
