High-tech Cut Protection Class 3 boots, designed for extreme conditions in the mountains. Kevlar inserts all through the boot protect the feet from chainsaw accidents even when running at 28 m per second. Best possible grip in all situations. Stiff, anti-torsion soles with a robust 'cross-country' treads give excellent grip, whatever is underfoot and also protect feet from bruising. An integrated polyurethane wedge in each heels acts as an efficient shock absorber and rubber from the sole has been brought up the sides of the boots to protect against twisting, which also makes it easier to work on narrow ledges. The Forest-Gripp system in the treads which provides grip on all surfaces even wet tree trunks. Unique to Alpine Protector boots are the individually adjustable tongues which spread pressure from the laces perfectly. 3 mm thick leather ensures support and long lasting wear and GORE-TEX® gives waterproofing and breathability. Finally the HAIX® ventilation system wicks away any moisture and keeps feet fresh. Breathable and waterproof through GORE-TEX®. Cut Protection Level 3. Height: 20 cm. Antistatic 015 soles.
