A lifting tool for rope hoists on branch free tree trunks. It stops ropes slipping down. Ideal for deciduous and large trees, counter hangers and tree crowns with a lot of dead wood. Easy to use with the self-locking fork and its widely spaced legs. The easily heard sound of the sprung hook's release indicates the rope is securely in position. The operator remains at a safe distance while pre-tensioning. There's no risk of trapping the fork, pole or rope. Rope for the hoist can be raised up to circa 8 m. Fits on standard poles with a diameter from 25 mm (e.g. TriSaw Lock 25).
