Our very high quality steel winch cable has a 6 x 26 cable construction and will definitely impress with its excellent flexibility and high breaking strength.High density steel winch cables are manufactured in a special rotary hammer process. Round wires are compacted so that they become almost flat on the outer surface and, combined with other wires, produce a smooth surface. An increased carbon content, strong outer wires and super-compaction result in higher breaking strengths. This makes it possible to use thinner cables while still maintaining full safety. Coating the steel core and the dense cable construction reduces friction in the cable a minimum. Due to the smooth surface the cable winds very well, even onto small rope drums (e.g. 3-point attachment winches).
