Made of flexible resilient steel. The removable, rubber coated handle can also be used as a groove cleaner. Soil sample drill made of solid steel, 28 mm external diameter with a compacted steel impact head. Drill depth 1000 mm, gouge width (inner diameter) 18 mm, suitable for medium and heavy soils. Please note: this earth drill is not threaded and therefore cannot be made longer with the (no. 88-015) extension piece. Only hammer in with plastic or wooden mallets! Weight 4.7 kg.
