Originally Pemmican was America’s First Nation people’s travel rations - a protein rich mix of meat and fat, containing energy, long lasting and easy to carry. That remains the principle behind today’s Kronch’s Pemmican Gun Dog Energy Bar, designed bring out all dogs’ peak performance even in cold and wet weather. Use for gun, sled dogs and guard dogs. Suitable for lactating bitches . Dogs with a balanced energy level to perform consistently, concentrate better , do not get so cold and recover much faster. Kronch pemmican was developed and is produced in Greenland. It is made from animal and vegetable fats, animal protein and glucose, so has an energy content of 6000 g Kcal/1000. Dogs need about 100-200 g Kronch pemmican / day, depending on their weight and activity. A bar of 4 portions is enough. Takes effect approximately 30 minutes after feeding with maximum benefit of energy release after 90 minutes. The gastrointestinal tract is not burdened in any way so pemmican can be fed safely during a hunt or shoot. The bar measures 18 x 10 cm and fits in any hunt rucksack. Weight: 400 g Ingredients : pig fat , fish meal , dextrose , corn , barley , vegetable fat , yeast, rice , sugar , vitamins and minerals. Crude protein content: 24 g/100 g. Crude fat content: 59 g/100 g. The energy bar is like a chocolate bar divided 8 x 50 g portions. Please also provide the dog with fresh water.
